How to make oven fried chicken?

I’m in the mood for fried chicken However, I don’t want or need the grease aspect of making the chicken. Can anyone help me make some good oven fried chicken?

Pls also share the recipe, if you personally make them. Mine is honey mustard sauce. To make :
Blend 2 parts mayonaise, 1 part honey and 1/2 part honey mustard sauce. Mmmm really yummy.
I also use sour cream sometimes for my fried chicken. I just blend vinegar with all purpose cream.

How many calories are in a biscuit from KFC?

I don’t normally eat at KFC due to the whole boiled alive affair, but my stepmother bought some and left… oh what do you care? lol. Anyway, I had three and now I feel like a total pig. I know bread has a lot of calories in it so how many do the KFC biscuits have? No meat or anything in it. Thank you all.
